In No Sweat, author Anthony Paul Mitchell, gives a personal account of being a child born with a rare condition known as Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia (HED). One of the symptoms of HED is not having sweat glands to regulate body temperature. Mitchell’s conditio was compounded by the fact he grew up in Diboll, Texas where it was extremely humid. The uncomfortable environment left the youngster unable to enjoy the outside.
