Book Review
I just finished reading both of the books Mr. Lynch and let me tell you, I can’t remember the last time I read a book fully, let alone two of them (this may be a record time for me). It’s just a compliment to you, your stories, and your superpower of getting people to pay attention to you. You may not be in the classroom anymore but I’m glad to say that you still hold that superpower.
Both books made me laugh, reminisce, and think about all the years you were a presence at Meadowbrook whether as our teacher or any of the ten roles you fulfilled without us knowing. I could mentally hear you saying those stories, “Lynch don’t play,” god I hadn’t heard that in years but sure did bring back some good memories. I forgot referrals were a bad thing for students 😂😂, you were talking about writing referrals for some of your students and I was thinking “wow that’s good” until I realized no it’s not.
I’m really glad you decided to put all of those stories on paper, and even more glad that I finally had time to sit down and read them. I know I’ve told you before how much I appreciate you, but reading these books reminded me again why you were always one of those teachers who stood out.
